Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted in the event of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized jewelry is non-returnable.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted./li>
  • If a return is approved, Selvamar will offer either a replacement or store credit, as determined by our quality team./li>
  • This policy complies with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Ministerial Resolution No. 24 of 2016).
